Charlotte Hope was born on 14 October 1991, in Salisbury, Wiltshire UK. Her mother worked in PR when she was younger, but later stayed at home to look after her children, while her father was a jockey, but he switched his career and became a barrister. The actress was raised in Lower Daggon, Hampshire with her younger sister Emily Norris, who is now the trumpeter in the British country/folk band Police Dog Hogan.
Hope studied at a local boarding school, during which she attended a drama class that aroused her interest in acting.
