In 2015, Rico guest-appeared as Benny in an “Austin & Ally” episode entitled “Burdens & Boynado”.

Career

Susan Osser, a Californian talent agent for International Modeling & Talent Association (IMTA) showcase, discovered Raini after watching one of her performances. She approached Diane and suggested herself as Raini’s manager; she also encouraged them to move to California for a year, to give Raini a chance to make it in Hollywood. Raini was only 11 years old, but her mother could also see her potential.

Her on-screen career began with guest-appearances in single episodes of existing series. In 2006, she appeared in “Huff” as Denise, the voice of Isabel in “Handy Manny” in 2007, as Maria in the pilot episode of “Family of the Year”, and “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody” in 2007 as Betsy. She also appeared in films such as the short “Parker” in 2007 and “Babysitters Beware” in 2008 as Marco’s Second Sister.

Raini’s big break in Hollywood was in Disney Channel’s musical comedy series “Austin & Ally.” Raini’s character Trish appeared in 87 episodes from the beginning of the series in 2011, to the finale in 2016, and in 2013, she attended the Imagen Awards and won the award for Best Young Television Actress.

The sitcom show prioritizes its titular characters – Aly Dawson is a young songwriter with stage fright, and with internet sensation Austin Moon form an unlikely friendship, as Austin became famous after performing one of Ally’s songs without crediting her. They decide to join forces – Ally writes the songs, Austin performs them, and they both get a cut from the profit. The series ran for a total of four seasons, and in the finale, Austin and Ally were married with two children, son Alex and daughter Ava.

In 2009, Raini was cast in her breakout film role in “Paul Blart: Mall Cop.” Three years later she co-starred alongside Eva Mendes in “Girl in Progress.” That year, she recorded “Living Your Dreams,” a song for the film “Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3: Viva La Fiesta!”, an English and a Spanish version of the song.

She played Nina in the 2011 episode entitled “True Mall” of “True Jackson, VP”, and Tess Torres in the 2011 romcom “Prom.” The following year, Raini appeared in Ross Lynch’s music video for “Heard It on the Radio” – Ross played Austin in the series. She also guest-appeared in another Disney show that year, “Jessie” – Raini portrayed her “Austin & Ally” character in the crossover episode “Austin & Jessie & Ally All Star.”

From 2017 to 2021, she voiced Creepy Caroline in the children’s series “Vampirina.” Also in 2021, Raini voiced Gretel in the television short series “A Tale Dark & Grimm”, then from 2020 to 2021 she voiced Sammy Gutierrez in the television series “Jurassic Work: Camp Cretaceous.”

Raini’s directing debut was in 2015, of the “Austin & Ally” episode entitled “Rejection & Rocketships.”

Raini would like to star in a horror film, but particularly as the main villain. She also wants to move from in front of the camera to behind it; becoming a director and singer is her ultimate goal. Raini also hopes to one day direct a project that she co-wrote with Rico.

Personal life

Her younger brother Rico moved with Raini and their mother to Los Angeles, while their dad remained in Texas to manage the tire shop. While living in Los Angeles, Diane home-schooled Raini and Rico. Sadly, on 12 March 2017, Roy passed away, aged 52.

When Raini was a child, she was often bullied by her classmates, so when she needed to play a victim of bullying, she was able to go back on her own life and take emotions and experiences from there. She was happy to take the role on so she could show victims of bullying that not only can it happen to anyone, but with the support of your family and friends, you can overcome anything.

Some people describe Raini as ‘chubby,’ ‘fatty’ and ‘obese,’ but she hasn’t let their negative opinions and comments get to her for long. She maintains her confidence, and is proud and comfortable in her body the way it is.

Raini dated her “Austin & Ally” costar, Calum Worthy for a short period of time. Their characters in the series got together, and the finale ended with them in the future as a happy married couple with children. In 2013 she briefly dated William Brent.

Where is Azul Guaita Today? Her Age, Appearance, Dating, Bio

Published

on

Born Azul Guaita Bracamontes under the sign of Cancer on 21 July 2001, in Mexico City, Mexico, Azul Guaita is a 22-year-old Hispanic actress and social media celebrity. She’s perhaps easiest to recognize around the world thanks to having been involved in a number of titles that made waves in South American pop culture, most prominently the Netflix adaptation of the wildly popular TV series entitled “Rebelde.” She has also been seen in a few other less significant projects that didn’t make a great impact on her worldwide popularity, though her TikTok account with millions of followers more than makes up for that. The internet star has enjoyed steady success over the course of her acting career since 2018.

Early life & education: Balancing dreams and expectations

Guaita was raised apparently an only child, initially in her birthplace, by her mother and father of unknown names and professions. The family eventually found it more appropriate to live in the Dominican Republic, relocating to Santo Domingo when Azul was five years old. Her willingness to entertain was recognized quite early on, which resulted almost naturally from her appearance in the Mexican youth soap opera entitled “Clase 406” (“Class of 406”) when she was only a year old. Her parents were evidently supportive of these inclinations, allowing her to attend castings for various commercials in both Mexico and the Dominican Republic, some of which she aced.

As for her education, she initially attended high school in Santo Domingo, ultimately matriculating in 2019. This part of her life wasn’t all smooth sailing, however, since her father pressured her into prioritizing her studies over an acting career. They reached a compromise when Azul agreed to keep her grades as high as possible while still attending auditions, but that proved quite difficult as well. She had to reside in Mexico to find the best possible opportunities, often tending to her schoolwork remotely, but had to go back to her parents occasionally for other obligations. Matriculating with near-perfect grades, Guaita then outright refused to attend college, and told her father she’d be fully dedicating herself to becoming a TV star.

Career: From acting to posting

Guaita found her first credited role at the age of 17 following a successful casting in Mexico, having been chosen to portray Yolotl in 54 episodes of “Mi Marido Tiene Familia” (“My Husband Has a Family”) – an award-winning sitcom with 21 total nominations and a great influence on South American audiences in spite of its diminished significance on the global stage. She remained there for the entire first season and four episodes of the second, departing from the title in 2019. That year she took on an even greater project that served as a much-needed springboard in her career, having been cast in the role of Camila Paz in the drama entitled “Soltero Con Hijas” (“Single With Daughters”), gracing the screen in all of the series’ 87 episodes.

In 2020 she took on two significant parts, as Renata Joven in 10 out of 15 episodes of Amazon’s “Súbete a mi Moto” (“Get On My Bike”), and much more prominently as Susana Vega in the TV action  series by 11:11 Films entitled “La Negociadora” (“The Negotiator [feminine]”), in which she stayed for 11 out of 12 episodes. She then went on a two-year hiatus, but that turned out to be a great decision, as it allowed her to acquire the highly desired lead female role of Jana Cohen in Netflix’s reboot of the legendary Televisa teen drama “Rebelde,” which captured the world’s attention from 2004 to 2006. The previous version is itself a re-creation of Cris Morena’s original “Rebelde Way” from Argentina, having run from 2002 to 2003. Televisa’s production was nominated 12 times in 2006, having won the Premios TVyNovelas awards in the Best Young Lead Actress and Best Musical Theme categories.

Another doomed attempt

Even though the worldwide audience didn’t exhibit overwhelming interest in the title, Netflix’s Latin-American viewership was exhilarated to see another sequel of the series they grew up with, leading to a massive popularity boost of all those involved, especially Guaita for leading the cast. That said, in spite of massive support for the production, the series was canceled after only 16 episodes across two seasons in 2022, 12 of which Azul had taken part in. News of its discontinuation was revealed on 5 March 2023 by actor Sergio Mayer Mori in an interview with Hola Mexico, that the third season won’t be coming to TV screens in spite of his willingness to help create at least another three installments. He added that the cast was kept completely in the dark regarding the producers’ decision, with no tangible ideas of his own as to what the reason may have been.

As reported by whats-on-netflix.com, viewership data have indicated that “Rebelde” kept its top 10 position across the continents for a very short amount of time, the first season managing three weeks, and the second only six days. While Netflix never releases exact figures regarding their productions, fans have been led to believe that the show simply failed to garner enough popularity to be considered a valuable investment. Seeing as the series was prominently called ‘LGBTQ+ inclusive’ by outlets such as Gay Times, it’s been theorized that their catering to leftist propaganda was what destroyed the show, seeing as the original “Rebelde” served no political purpose whatsoever.

Although Netflix’s failure definitely put a dent in Azul’s resume, the quality of her performances was apparently easy to spot, since she signed with AFA Prime Talent Media in October 2022. She continued strongly into the next year, starring as Daniela Beltrán in 25 episodes of three seasons of “La Mujer del Diablo” (“The Devil’s Wife”). Finally, she was also seen as Vicky Moo in eight episodes of “P#t@s Redes Sociales” (“F#ck!ng Social Networks”), for a total of seven credited roles.

Finding fortune elsewhere

It can be said that Guaita’s career has been meandering as of 2023, seeing as she’s made various statements to the media that put a question mark over her true plans in the industry. While speaking to Las Estrellas, she admitted to missing her parents a great deal, opening up about the hurdles she faced in her acting career, and the impact it had on her personal life. She conveyed that not being with her family was tough, and that there were difficult moments of homesickness. However, she reminded herself that following her passion required certain sacrifices, and this was a necessary step in achieving something meaningful.

Despite the geographical distance, Azul maintained a close bond with her kin through regular phone calls, especially finding solace in conversations with her mother. While these interactions couldn’t replace the physical presence of her loved ones, they provided much-needed support. Discussing public reactions on social media, she acknowledged encountering both positive and negative comments, revealing a preference for focusing on constructive criticism and positive feedback, choosing to ignore comments lacking substance.

Beyond her acting pursuits, Guaita unveiled her aspirations in the music industry, expressing a desire to start her musical journey in the near future, mentioning ongoing discussions with fellow actor Emilio Osorio about a potential collaborative musical project. That’s not all, though, since she told Mexico Herald in early June 2023 that she’d be venturing into the realm of fashion design. She’d studied the craft and experimented in the search for her unique style, expressing her commitment to creating clothes that resonate with a diverse audience, so as to ensure that they feel comfortable in her designs.

Recognizing the challenges faced by individuals with non-standard body sizes, Azul expressed her intention to design inclusive clothing. Drawing from personal experience as a slender woman, she acknowledged the difficulty of finding suitable sizes, particularly the smaller ones such as XXS, as many brands often neglect those on the lighter side. Azul clarified that, for the time being, her focus is primarily on designing women’s clothing.

Love life: Is she dating anyone?

As for her romantic involvements, Azul’s only known partner is fellow actor Sebastián Poza, whom she began dating on 23 November 2019. The couple seemed quite happy on social media, posting numerous pictures with one another all over their profiles. Things took a drastic turn by August 2022, however, when the couple split up. While neither of them commented on the situation on social media, Univision did get an interview with Poza, in which he revealed that certain disagreements regarding their general life paths caused the relationship to become unsustainable. According to him the two split up amicably and remained in contact, while he supposedly still has a great deal of feeling towards her.

Since then, Guaita has not been seen with any other male in public, neglecting to speak on the matter in any capacity. Her numerous TikTok posts feature her either alone or with female friends, and it’s believed by most that she is still happily single in early 2024.

Proud of her flaw

Her numerous fans were surprised when she changed her Instagram profile description to state that she had dysautonomia, or autonomic failure, the result of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) not working like it should. The ANS is responsible for controlling various bodily functions like heart rate, bladder function, digestion, sweating, pupil size, and blood vessel function. The illness can stem from various causes, and not all are related to nerve problems.

For the actress, this means that she has to manage the side-effects on a day-to-day basis, but dysautonomia doesn’t often have a massive impact on its sufferers. Most symptoms can be managed through non-invasive medical procedures, or regular medication intake.

Net worth: How rich is she?

Some of the best-respected media sources on the matter have determined that Azul’s total accumulated wealth is close to $2 million, garnered over a five-year-long acting career, starring in several high-budget productions, the most significant of which is undoubtedly “Rebelde.” That said, she also has a massive social media following, allowing her to turn that part of her life into a source of livelihood as well.

Body measurements: What is her appearance?

The actress is 5ft 6ins (167cms) tall, weighs about 112lbs (50kgs). with a body shape most often described as slim.  She has light brown hair and bright blue eyes, with a generally pale complexion

What movies has Aymeric Jett Montaz been in? His Age, Dating

Published

on

Born under the sign of Scorpio on 25 October 2004, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Aymeric Jett Montaz is a 19-year-old Caucasian actor, social media personality and entrepreneur. He’s perhaps easiest to recognize by worldwide audiences thanks to his appearance in a few high-profile titles, of which “Anne with an E” is by far the most prominent. Other than that, he’s been included in various recurring roles, most of which revolve around him being a comical boy who is in one way or another meant to make the audience laugh. He’s enjoyed a somewhat steady, often lucrative acting career since 2012.

Early life & education: Finding his passion

Aymeric was raised in his birthplace alongside his younger sister Satine Scarlett, by his mother Jess and father of an unknown name, both of unspecified professions. His childhood interests haven’t been greatly expanded upon by the actor himself, but it is known that he always had a penchant for jesting with those around him, finding particular fulfilment in laughter and the relaxation most often associated with it. As his pranks became more and more elaborate, the adults in his midst became aware of Aymeric’s exceptional transformation ability, leading them to suggest he should be an actor.

He took this idea seriously and began exploring his mind, digging for various comical characters whom he would portray to his family. One thing led to another, and by the time high school came around, Montaz found himself on stage non-stop, jumping from one school play to the next. He also participated in drama workshops in his birthplace, slowly honing the craft that would one day shine through. As for his formal education, he matriculated from a local high school in 2022, without expressing any plans for higher academic pursuits. Understandably, his other engagements had taken up so much time by then that he had to either go on hiatus or outright give up on college for the foreseeable future.

Career: Proving his worth

Aymeric was around six years old when his parents tried finding him work, eventually discovering a few agencies willing to cast him in commercials, marking his first appearance on TV screens and billboards. It wouldn’t be until 2012 that his talent was somewhat recognized, at which point he was cast as Dominique in the short film entitled “Ne pas reculer” (“Not Backing Down”), an autobiography of Canadian director Dominique Laurence, telling the story of his childhood. It was only six minutes long, however, and Aymeric’s presence there didn’t do much to grant him the long-awaited breakthrough in the vastly competitive industry. Three years went by until another chance finally materialized, at which point he had an uncredited role as a background character in the drama entitled “Ville-Marie.” He was, though, signed in the role of Marc, alongside his sister, in the 20-minute comedy film by Marie-Soleil Choquette entitled “Le plancher craque” (“The Floor Cracks”), in the same year.

2016 was when he ultimately began to climb the star ladder, initially showing up in an episode of “Bête à Papa” (“Daddy’s Beast”). He also garnered significant TV coverage for the first time by securing the role of a prankster in “Just for Laughs Gags,” both in the Canadian and US versions, in two episodes each, in 2016 and 2017. The latter year also saw him as Enfant in the short drama film by Arnaud Brisebois entitled “Anime.” Much more importantly, he was also seen as Interview Boy #1 in the mystery thriller series “Bellevue,” mere months after the previous title. However, this too would pale in comparison to the crowning jewel of his career, achieved later in the year.

Caught up in modernity

“Anne with an E” was a true turning point for the aspiring actor, providing him with much-needed publicity while allowing him to fully showcase his on-screen capabilities. He played Jerry Baynard in the third most important male role, right after Lucas Jade Zumann’s Gilbert Blythe and Matthew Cuthbert’s R.H. Thompson. This highly acclaimed award-winning family drama series by Moira Walley-Beckett explores the events of Lucy Maud Montgomery’s 1908 novel entitled “Anne of Green Gables,” revolving around an orphan girl mistakenly sent to an aging brother and sister in a small island town. Aymeric showed up in 22 of its 27 episodes, garnering significant recognition from its large, faithful audience. The series was going to continue indefinitely, its third season having been released in 2019.

Everyone was thus surprised when this CBC-Netflix production was shut down by the streaming giant prior to the release of its third season. The news primarily came from the showrunner on 25 November 2019, calling her audience ‘Kindred Spirits’ and informing them of Netflix’s decision that the upcoming installment would be its very last. It was initially unclear to every supporter of the show why it was suddenly cut short, seeing as it has an 8.6 rating on IMDb, over 20 awards and more than 50 nominations. This was also highly unfortunate for Aymeric himself, who surely would’ve remained on air for years to come, seeing as the original novel delves even into Anne’s adulthood, and the series was still showing her mid-teenage years.

While it was initially speculated by the fans that Netflix, for some apparently magical reason, didn’t find the series popular enough to warrant its continuation, this was confirmed on 7 December 2019 by Moira herself, who in another Instagram post, stated that ‘…it’s impossible to argue with words like economics, algorithms [and] demographics…’ Upon closer inspection, it looks like “Anne with an E” only has 64,000 total reviews on IMDb, which pales in comparison to truly successful Netflix shows, such as “Peaky Blinders,” with 10 times that number. Although this nowhere near represents the total audience the show had on the streaming platform, it’s indicative of its overall popularity, which at the end of the day, couldn’t justify further investment by Netflix.

The story doesn’t end there, though, as the few who did watch the series did all they could to bring it back to the TV screen, thus rekindling Montaz’s hope to fulfil the thus-far most important role in his life. They started a change.org petition on the same day that news of its cancelation was first shared, garnering over 1.7 million signatures. Major news outlets such as The Guardian picked up the story, and even interviewed a few of the most ardent fandom representatives. In what started becoming a factual (social) media war, Canada’s CBC network released an article implying that the storm of angry fans on Twitter may have been inflated by fake accounts, aiming to crush the credibility of the social media rebellion against Netflix’s decision.

On the other hand, while the show did receive positive reviews from certain leftist-oriented media outlets, such as the New York Times, other news agencies made sure to point out what they believed was the factual reason for the show’s lack of popularity, which is that it’s too ’woke.’ As evidenced by The Guardian’s article, the reason most of the audience loved the show was its over-the-top inclusive and feminist narrative, while according to other outlets, the original novel doesn’t address any of the issues frequently presented by modern media. Accordingly, the show should’ve been the story everyone knew and loved, but it was instead turned into yet another drop in the sea of imaginary fights for the rights of women, people of color, and various minorities or otherwise inconvenienced groups of people.

Creating his own business

While the continuation of “Anne with an E” would most likely have brought unprecedented success to Aymeric, he seems to have taken matters into his own hands post-2019, starting up a business all his own. As outlined in an article by inspiringcanadians.com from 4 January 2023, Montaz and a certain Juliette St-Jean leveraged their popularity on social media and embarked on a venture that utilizes social networks to provide participants with free gifts while simultaneously promoting local businesses. In other words, they created a company called Gold Growth Giveaways (GGG), having found their plans reshaped by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Driven by their strong work ethic and ambitious vision, they conceptualized a business aimed at aiding Montreal entrepreneurs in establishing a robust social media presence. Recognizing the indispensable role of social networks in modern marketing, they launched GGG in 2022, which is an innovative incorporation that connects local influencers with businesses through the Instagram platform, fostering symbiotic growth of their communities while offering enticing gifts to participants. This groundbreaking idea redefines the digital marketing landscape in Quebec, enabling small local businesses to access marketing without traditional costly processes.

With their business evolving organically and managed solely by themselves, GGG experienced rapid growth within a few months. Its Instagram page surged to over 20,000 followers, with tangible benefits evident from the first giveaway. Aymeric and Juliette’s creative minds continue to generate a wealth of ideas, and what started as a two-person operation had by January 2023 blossomed into a fully incorporated company with three employees.

Love life: Is he dating anyone?

Montaz’s only known romantic involvement is the aforementioned colleague Juliette St-Jean, whom he began a relationship with in September 2020. She has a modestly sized following on Instagram, which she used with her boyfriend’s to launch a business once they finally opted for it, abandoning her science studies in the process. The couple seems to be happily in love even in 2024, according to Juliette’s post from 10 January of the year, stating that their future children will be shown exactly that set of photos when they ask to see mom and dad in their younger days. There has been no controversy connected to the couple whatsoever, and they continue residing together in Montreal while attempting to grow their company.

Net worth: How rich is he?

Some of the most credible media outlets have determined that the total accumulated funds of Aymeric Jett Montaz is close to $1 million. His fans are of the mind that this number would’ve been much higher had the long production of “Anne with an E” continued. Regardless of that, he has also made an income from other sources, though the particular numbers remain blurry. It’s especially unclear whether his company is turning any profit whatsoever, and it remains to be seen where the business venture ends up in 2025.

Body measurements: What is his height?

Aymeric is 6ft 1in (185cms) tall, and weighs about 175lbs (80kgs), with the chest-waist-bicep ratio of 40-34-16, with a body type generally referred to as slim. He has dark brown hair and eyes, with a somewhat pale complexion.

Social media presence

Aymeric’s personal Instagram has almost 700,00 followers, his main business just about 20,000, and his marketing agency less than 5,000. His TikTok has over 420,000 followers, his Twitter more than 50,000, and his YouTube channel has almost 30,000 subscribers,
