Who is Coy Stewart?
Tyson Coy Stewart was born in Columbia, South Carolina USA, on 24 June 1998 – his zodiac sign is Cancer, and he holds American nationality. He’s an actor and rapper, with more than 20 acting credits to his name, while he’s probably known best for his portrayal of Flint in the action adventure series “Agents of S. H. I. E. L. D.” It was created by Maurissa Tancharoen and Jed Whedon, starred Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen and Brett Dalton, and follows the people working at Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division; it aired from 2013 to 2020, and won six of the 56 awards for which it was nominated, including two Primetime Emmy nominations.
Early life and education
Coy was raised in Columbia alongside his younger brother Chayse, by their father Derek Stewart who was a professional basketball player, and their mother Keisha Stewart who’s a manager. Coy became interested in acting at a very early age, mostly because he watched TV series with his family on a daily basis. He was 12 years old when he made his debut TV series appearance, playing Declan in the 2010 episode “Mucked Up” of the action crime drama “The Glades”. It was created by Clifton Campbell, starred Matt Passmore, Kiele Sanchez and Carlos Gomez, and follows a former police officer who has just moved from Chicago, Illinois, to a small town in Florida; the series aired from 2010 to 2013, and won four of the eight awards for which it was nominated.
Coy then continued acting throughout his entire education. He enrolled at local high school in 2012, and matriculated in 2016, then chose not to pursue a college degree, but to focus on acting.

Between 2010 and 2012, Coy played Kevin Kingston-Persons in 82 episodes of the comedy “Are We There Yet?”, created by Ali LeRoi, and which starred Shad Moss, Terry Crews and Essence Atkins. It follows the members of the Kingston-Persons family from Seattle, Washington State, and the series won three of the 11 awards for which it was nominated. In 2013, Coy made a guest appearance in the episode “The Bug Prom” of the family comedy drama “Good Luck Charlie”, which won four of the 30 awards for which it was nominated, including three Primetime Emmy nominations.
He portrayed the lead character Troy Dixon in the family sports comedy “Bella and the Bulldogs”, created by Jonathan Butler and Gabriel Garza, and which also starred Brec Bassinger and Jackie Radinsky. It follows the cheerleader Bella who has just become a quarterback for her school’s football team the Bulldogs; the series aired in 2015 and 2016, and won four of the 10 awards for which it was nominated. Coy’s also known for his portrayal of Lorenzo in the comedy series “Mr. Iglesias”, created by Kevin Hench, which starred Gabriel Iglesias, Sherri Shepher and Jacob Vargas, and follows the life of a high school teacher. The series won one of the six awards for which it was nominated. Most recently, in 2021 Coy played Darius Moore in the episode “Almost the Meteor” of the drama “All Rise”.

He made his debut film appearance in the 2015 short musical “Throwing Snowballs”, while the same year saw him appear in the short drama “Christian”, the comedy “Nickelodeon’s Ho Ho Holiday Special”, and the short comedy “Jingle Hit Factory: Detention”. In 2017, Coy was featured in the music video “Logic: 1-800-273-8255 Ft. Alessia Cara, Khalid”. The same year saw him portray Dax in the mystery fantasy horror “House of the Witch”; directed by Alex Merkin, it starred Emily Bader, Darren Mann and Michelle Randolph, and follows a group of teenagers who have entered an abandoned house, wanting to pull a Halloween prank. Coy’s most recent film role has been his portrayal of Logan in the 2022 comedy “I, Challenger”.

Many of his fans believe that he’s today in a relationship with Jadagrace, a famous American actress, dancer and rapper. The two have been friends since 2014, and it’s believed that they’ve been in a relationship since 2021, but this remains unconfirmed. There are also those who believe that Coy’s gay, and that this is the reason behind him not speaking about the girls whom he has been with, but this hasn’t been confirmed either. As of June 2022, it’s believed that Coy’s in a relationship with Jadagrace, he hasn’t married and doesn’t have children.
