Malti Marie Chopra Jonas was born on 15 January 2022, in San Diego, California USA via a surrogate mother, but the daughter of Nick Jonas and his wife Priyanka Chopra. She spent her first 100 days in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) due to premature birth. However, in a joyful turn of events, Malti was released from the hospital just in time for Mother’s Day, bringing happiness to the Jonas-Chopra household.

Following Malti Marie’s successful hospital stay, Nick Jonas thanked doctors for what they did for the baby. Malti turned one year old in 2023 and for her first birthday, the family threw a huge party in her honor.

Malti has been very fond of water, enjoying her time both in the pool and the ocean as well. Apparently she already loves to travel, and has been on various trips with her parents, including to New York City. Nicholas Jerry Jonas was born on 16 September 1992, in Dallas, Texas USA. Raised in Wyckoff, New Jersey, he’s the third son of Denise and Paul Kevin Jonas. His father is a songwriter, musician, and former ordained minister, while his mother is a former sign language teacher and singer. Nick has three siblings: older brothers Kevin and Joe, and a younger brother, Frankie.

Nick’s career in the entertainment industry began at the age of six when he was discovered in a barber shop, leading to his early involvement in Broadway. Priyanka Chopra Jonas was born on 18 July 1982 in Jamshedpur, Bihar (present-day Jharkhand), India. She is the daughter of Ashok and Madhu Chopra, both physicians in the Indian Army. Her father, a Punjabi Hindu, and her mother, originally from Jharkhand, have deep roots in Indian society. Chopra’s maternal grandmother hailed from the Malayali Jacobite Syrian Christian community in Kerala.

Growing up in a military family, Priyanka lived in various places across India, including Delhi, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Bareilly Ambala, Ladakh, and Pune. She attended schools such as St. Maria Goretti College in Bareilly, and La Martiniere Girls’ School in Lucknow.
