A hairdresser and businesswoman, Karli Harvey, is perhaps known best as the daughter of the famous comedian and TV host, Steve Harvey – her mother is Steve’s first wife Marcia. Karli rose to prominence as one of his seven children.
Besides being a celebrity child, Karli is well-known for her beauty salon and for her work as a public speaker, who collaborated with ‘Young, Fit & Fly’ and Disney Dreamers Academy, whose goals are to empower and motivate women to be physically fit, and help to encourage girls to become a better version of themselves.

Karli Harvey was born under the zodiac sign of Leo, on 20 August 1983, in the USA (her exact birth town is unrevealed), thus she holds American nationality and her ethnicity is African-American. Karli was raised by her parents, and when they divorced in 1994, her mother Marcia had the main role in her upbringing, since her father left them to pursue his career as a comedian; Karli has a twin sister, Brandi, and younger brother, Broderick Harvey Junior, who is a fashion designer. As mentioned, she is a dedicated public speaker, who supports women and girls particularly – one of the sentences she often uses is: ‘Although pretty comes with its privileges, it will be your substance that keeps you in the room…That to be successful, you will need to be smart, well-read, and hardworking. Pretty is cool, but what else do you offer the world?’

Karli is married to Benjamin Raymond, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Raymond Enterprises, who was her long-term boyfriend, and an athlete before venturing into business.
The two met in 2012, and after a few years of dating, they exchanged their wedding vows on 26 September 2015, in a lavish wedding ceremony held at the St Regis Hotel in Buckhead, Georgia, estimated to have cost over $250,000. There were over 300 guests, and the groom surprised the bride with a live performance from R&B singer, Kenny Lattimore.
On 16 June 2016, Karli gave birth to their so, Benjamin Troy Raymond III, and the family of three lives in their residence in Los Angeles, California.

Broderick Stephen ‘Steve’ Harvey Senior was born under the zodiac sign of Capricorn on 17 January 1957, in Welch, West Virginia USA; he holds American nationality and his ethnicity is African-American. Steve is a comedian, television and radio host, writer and producer, perhaps known best as the host of shows such as “Family Feud”, “The Steve Harvey Morning Show”, and “Celebrity Family Feud”, among others.
Steve was raised alongside his siblings, Terry, Pauline and Mona, by their parents Eloise Vera, a homemaker, and Jesse Harvey, a coal miner, Steve was named after actor Broderick Crawford, who appeared in the series “Highway Patrol”, his father’s favorite TV show.
As a child, Steve had a severe stuttering problem, which he eventually overcame, although it caused him some trouble in communicating with his friends. His family moved to Cleveland, Ohio, where he attended Glenville High School, from where he matriculated in 1975. Steve then enrolled at Kent State University but transferred to West Virginia University, where he was a member of the Omega Psi Phi fraternity, however, he never graduated.

The world indeed enjoys Steve’s comedy, but it was a big struggle for Steve from his first performance at the Hilarities Comedy Club in Cleveland in 1985 to become one of the most favorite comedians.
In 1996, Steve married his second wife Mary Shackelford, with whom he has a son, Wynton Harvey, about whom little is known. At that time, Steve was already on his way to success, performing with Bernie Mac, D. L.
