Who is Noah Mills?

Noah was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on 26 April 1983 – his zodiac sign is Taurus, and he holds Canadian nationality. He’s an actor, writer, producer and a model, with close to 20 acting credits to his name, while he’s probably known best for his portrayal of Jesse Boone, one of the lead characters in the action crime mystery series “NCIS: Hawai’i”, created by Matt Bosack and Jan Nash, and which also starred Vanessa Lachey and Alex Tarrant. It follows a group of naval criminal investigators as they’re working on the Hawaiian Islands, and the series has been airing since 2021.

Early life and education

Noah was raised in Baltimore, Maryland USA alongside his two older sisters and two older brothers, by their parents about whom not a lot is known, because Noah respects their privacy; it’s believed that their father was a businessman, and their mother an accountant.

He grew up being physically highly active, and played various sports while attending a local elementary school; Noah was mostly into playing soccer and basketball, while he also enjoyed dancing and acting with the school’s drama club.

Upon completing his elementary education in 1997, he enrolled at boarding school in Canada, and also spent a year studying in Australia. Noah matriculated in 2001, and although his plan was to pursue a college degree, he was discovered by a modelling agent, and found himself walking for Gucci at his first fashion show only a couple of weeks later.

Modelling career

Noah’s today signed to IMG Models (New York City, Los Angeles and Sydney), New Madison in Paris, Elite Model Management in Milan, Select Model Management in London, Louisa Models in Munich, and Sight Management Studio in Barcelona.

In September 2014, American monthly fashion magazine “Vogue” ranked him in the Top 10 Male Models of All Time.

Roles in movies

Noah’s debut film role was his portrayal of Nicky in the 2010 romantic comedy drama “Sex and the City 2”, written and directed by Michael Patrick King, and which starred Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall and Kristin Davis. It follows four best friends as they’re travelling to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates together, and the movie won eight of the 17 awards for which it was nominated.

A couple of Noah’s following roles were in the 2010 short comedy “The Best Man”, the 2011 war drama “Happy New Year”, and the 2012 music video “Taylor Swift: We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together”.

He starred in both the 2012 short drama “Wracked” and the 2013 short romantic drama “Candyland”, and the year 2014 saw him play Mills in the comedy “Me” – it was written and directed by Jefery Levy, starred Steve Agee, Allison Byrnes and Michael Des Barres, and follows an actress as she’s secretly selling a reality show about her delusional eccentric friend; it was nominated for a 2015 Marfa Film Festival Jury Prize for Best Film.

Roles in TV series

Noah made his debut TV series appearance in 2011, when cast to play Robbie in the comedy “2 Broke Girls”, created by Whitney Cummings and Michael Patrick King, and which starred Kat Dennings, Beth Behrs and Garrett Morris. It tells the story of two young women who’ve become friends while waitressing at a diner, the series aired from 2011 to 2017 and won four awards, including a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Art Direction for a Multi-Camera Series, while it was nominated for 24 other awards.

Noah played Chad Avedon in the 2016 pilot episode of the crime drama “Presence”, and he portrayed Joseph ‘McG’ McGuire in all 13 episodes of the 2018 action thriller drama “The Brave”.

The year 2019 saw him play Jason Bragg in the critically acclaimed drama “The Enemy Within”, created by Ken Woodruff, and which starred Jennifer Carpenter, Morris Chestnut and Raza Jaffrey; it follows FBI agent Will Keaton who’s collaborating with an American traitor in an attempt to catch a spy.

Noah’s most recent role in a TV series has been his portrayal of Nico in four episodes of the hit 2021 action adventure drama “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier”.

Other credits

Noah wrote and produced the 2012 short movie “Wracked”, and he also produced the 2013 short film “Candyland”.

He sang the song “Shambala” in the 2021 episode “Gaijin” of the series “NCIS: Hawaii”.

Noah’s highly secretive when it comes to sharing the details of his love life with his fans, and hasn’t spoken of any women or men whom he’s perhaps been with. This is probably why there are various rumors circulating the internet today, concerning both his sexual orientation, and his past and present relationships.

Some of Noah’s fans believe the popular actor to be gay, claiming that this is why he hasn’t mentioned the women whom he’s dated; a fan’s also claimed to have spotted Noah kissing his boyfriend at a party in Los Angeles, California, but no evidence has been provided to support these claims, nor has Noah addressed the rumors.

There are also those who believe that he’s today in a long-term relationship with a non-celebrity Canadian girl, but that he prefers to keep her away from media; this hasn’t been confirmed either.

As of July 2022, Noah seems to be single, hasn’t married and doesn’t have children.

Noah’s physically quite active, mostly because it’s important for his modelling career to stay in shape; he has multiple training sessions at the gym every week, and also plays various sports with his friends, with his favorite being basketball.

He’s passionate about travelling and has been all around the world, mostly for work but also for pleasure; Noah’s dream travel destination is Milan, Italy.

He’s both a fashionista and a shopaholic, as he goes shopping for clothes nearly every day.

One of Noah’s hobbies is running his Instagram account; it’s today followed by close to 130,000 people, but has uploaded only 42 pictures onto it, the majority of which feature him during his everyday life.

He likes to watch movies late at night – his favorite actor and actress are Denzel Washington and Kate Winslet, while a couple of his favorite films include “The Equalizer”, “Flight” and “The Tragedy of Macbeth”.
