Nathalie became interested in journalism at a very early age, mostly because she looked up to her father, and enjoyed watching news shows with him. She studied at a local high school, and was into a couple of activities during her four years there, including acting with the school’s drama club, writing for the school newspaper, and practicing gymnastics.
Upon matriculating in 2001, Nathalie enrolled at Florida International University, from which she graduated with an Associate’s Degree in arts in 2003; she enrolled at University of Miami in the following year, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in communications in 2006.

Eduardo is seven years her senior, and is a property manager; they are today living in Quincy, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, with their pet dog Buddy.
The two don’t have children together, and while it’s believed that this is because they both want to focus on their careers, some of Nathalie’s fans believe that one of them is perhaps infertile; this hasn’t been confirmed.
