Early life, family, and education
Lorenza was born under the zodiac sign of Virgo on 19 September 1989, in Santiago, Chile, thus her nationality is Chilean, although she comes from a family of Italian descent from her father’s side, but about whom little is known except his name, Claudio Izzo. Her mother, Rosita Parsons is a famous Chilean model and actress, known for her role in the telenovela “Porky Te Amo”, and Lorenza’s younger sister, Clara Lyon Parsons is also a model.
Lorenza also had an interest in modeling, and she first appeared on the catwalk aged 15, and when she turned 18, booked her first major campaign as the face of Brazilian fashion label ‘Colcci’.
Speaking of her educational background, when she was 12 she moved with her father to Atlanta, Georgia USA, and there attended a local middle school, but when she was 16, she moved back to Chile, where she finished her high school education. Lorenza made her acting debut portraying Lucia Edwards in the Chilean movie “Que Pena Tu Boda” in 2011, and in the following year, she was seen in another three Chilean movies, entitled “Aftershock”, “Que Pena Tu Familia”, and “Instrucciones Para Mi Funeral”, while her first appearance in a US production movie was her portrayal of Justine in “The Green Inferno” in 2013.
In the same year, she was seen as Lena in the TV movie “I Am Victor”, and next she was cast to play Ana in the 2014 movie “The Stranger”, also starring Luis Gnecco and Cristo Montt, which won the Sitges – Catalonian International Film Festival Award for the Best Iberoamerican film. As of June 2022, Lorenza is in a relationship with a girl known as Sophie Andrea Tabet, who is a writer and director, from Los Angeles, California.
