José Ron launched his professional acting career in 2004, when he made his debut TV appearance in a support role in the Televisa telenovela “Mujer De Madera”, produced by Emilio Larrosa. The following year, he was cast as Eugenio in the telenovela “Bajo El Mismo Techo”, appearing in 11 episodes, then in 2006, he made a guest appearance as Enzo in the third episode of the third season of the highly popular teen drama series “Rebelde”, which aired on Canal de las Estrellas, sharing the screen with Anahí, Dulce María, Maite Perroni, Alfonso Herrera and Christian Chávez.

José Ron’s breakthrough actually came in 2006, when he joined the main cast of the hit youth telenovela “Código Postal”, the series produced by José Alberto Castro for Televisa, in which he starred as Patricio González de la Vega Mendoza until its finale in 2007.
It was followed by his portrayals of Jorge in the Canal de las Estrellas teen telenovela “Muchachitas Como Tú” in 2007.

José Ron landed his next significant role when he was chosen to play Matías Monterrubio in the telenovela “Cuadno Me Enamoro”, along with Juan Soler and Silvia Navarro, the adaptation of another Mexican telenovela entitled “La Mentira”, created by Caridad Bravo Adams, and broadcast from 2010 to 2011 on Canal de las Estrellas.
