Charles Ross Heaton is a native of Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, who was born under the Aquarius zodiac sign on 6 February 1994, making him 29 years old as of 2023. He was brought up by his mom on a Bridlington council estate. He is the younger sibling of Levi Heaton, who is a member of Rebecca Lucy Taylor’s (known by the stage name Self Esteem) live band.


Charles relocated to London to begin his musical career when he was 16 years old. He became a member of various bands before joining the noise-rock band, Comanechi (currently comprised of Francesca Amati, Jenny Burnazzi, and Andrea Carella) as their drummer.
