Rise to Prominence
Anthony continued to improve as an actor, and more people from the film industry started noticing him. In 2015, he auditioned for a role in the top-rated TV fantasy-drama series “The Vampire Diaries”, an was Officer Baker in the episode entitled “I’d Leave My Happy Home for You”. He then appeared as Trevor in the short-lived TV drama series “Satisfaction”, created by Sean Jablonski, which tells the story of a woman and her extramarital affairs with male escorts, and her husband’s actions when he finds out about her infidelities.
Anthony next portrayed Chris / Hot Guy in the award-winning Malcolm D. Lee’s comedy-drama film “Barbershop: The Next Cut” (2016), with Ice Cube, Regina Hall and Anthony Anderson in the lead roles.
