Who is Ethan Peck?
American actor Ethan Gregory Peck was born in Los Angeles, California USA, on 2 March 1986, meaning that his zodiac sign’s Pisces. He’s had roles in close to 50 movies and TV series, and is perhaps best known for his playing of Constantin in the 2011 action science fiction thriller movie “In Time”, written and directed by Andrew Niccol, and which starred Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried and Cillian Murphy. Set in a future where people don’t age after 25, the movie follows Will Salas who’s been wrongfully accused of murder – it was nominated for two awards.
Education and early life
Ethan was raised in Los Angeles by his mother Francine Matarazzo, a popular American abstract artist, and father Stephen Peck who’s a former American actor, Vietnam War veteran and documentary moviemaker. Ethan has a half-sister Marisa Matarazzo from his mother’s second marriage, and who’s today a successful author.
Ethan fell in love with acting at a quite an early age, and was nine when he made his debut TV series appearance, playing Tyler in the 1995 episode “One Simple Little Favor” of the crime drama “Charlie Grace”; he made his debut film appearance in the following year, playing Josh Coleman in the 1996 action thriller “Marshal Law”.

In 2010, he portrayed Patrick Verona, one of the main characters in the comedy “10 Things I Hate About You”, created by Carter Covington, and which also starred Lindsey Shaw and Meaghan Martin. In 2019, he played Spock in nine episodes of the critically acclaimed action adventure “Star Trek: Discovery”, created by Bryan Fuller and Alex Kurtzman, and which today stars Sonequa Martin-Green, Doug Jones and Anthony Rapp. It follows the crew of the USS Discovery spaceship, as they’re exploring new planets and lifeforms; the series has been airing since 2017, and has won 23 of its 100 award nominations.
Ethan’s three most recent TV series roles have been in two episodes of the 2020 action “Marvels”, three episodes of the 2020 crime fantasy “Penny Dreadful: City of Angels” and 10 episodes of the 2022 action science fiction adventure “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds”.
Roles in movies
In 1999, Ethan played Michel in the family comedy “Passport to Paris”, directed by Alan Metter, and which starred Mary-Kate Olsen, Ashley Olsen and Peter White. It follows twin girls who’ve been sent to stay with their grandfather in Paris, France and have fallen in love with two French boys.
A couple of Ethan’s following roles were in the 2004 romantic drama “Em & Me”, the 2008 adventure comedy “Tennessee” and the 2008 drama “Adopt a Sailor”. Ethan sang the song “I Am the Very Model of a Modern Major-General” in the 2019 episode “Q&A” of the series “Star Trek: Short Treks”.

Ethan can rarely be heard speaking about his love life in public, but there are still four women whom he’s been with, that his fans know about. In 2009 and 2010, he dated Lindsey Shaw, an American actress who’s perhaps best known for her portrayal of Jennifer ‘Moze’ Mosely in the action comedy series “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide”.
In 2011, he dated American actress Kelsey Asbille, and from 2012 through 2014, Ethan was in a relationship with popular American actress Julianna Guill, who’s perhaps still known best for her playing of Bree in the 2009 horror movie “Friday the 13th”.
Most recently, in 2016 he dated Molly DeWolf Swenson, an American entrepreneur, film producer and musician.
