Adam Baldwin is an American-born actor, who is probably still best known for starring as Animal Mother in the 1987 film “Full Metal Jacket.” He is also famous for his role in the sci-fi TV series “Firefly.”

Baldwin has lent his voice to several Xbox 360 games such as “Halo 3: ODST” and “Halo 3.” He has also voiced Superman and Green Lantern in the games “DC Universe Online” and “Injustice: Gods Among Us” respectively. Moreover, he lent his voice to the short films “Vault of the Macabre: The House Upon the Hill”, and “Vault of the Macabre.”

Actor for his performance in “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.” He bagged the SyFy Genre award in the category of Best Supporting Actor in 2006 for his praised role of Jayne Cobb in the TV show “Firefly.” For his contribution to “Injustice: Gods Among Us,” the Winnetka native was nominated for a BTVA Video Game Voice Acting Award in the category of Best Vocal Ensemble in a Video Game in 2014.

Baldwin is a married man. In 1988, he walked the aisle with the former American producer and actress Ami Julius, who is perhaps best known for her role in the 1986 film “Malibu Bikini Shop.” Ami is also famous for her roles in 1984 teen comedy “Hot Dog…The Movie” and the TV series “Hard Copy” in the late ‘90s.
